Individual Quick Frozen Scallops

No need to defrost, use frozen. 

Fry bacon on one side until browned, but flexible.

Lay the scallops, flat side down on a sheet pan,

              either for a toaster oven broiler or standard oven broiler. 

Wrap bacon around the scallop with brown side inward,

       a toothpick will hold the bacon in place, connect bacon to bacon

       until the scallop is soft.  The bacon will be thin edge touching the pan.

Add a few grains of fine sea salt to the top and broil 5 minutes.

Gently turn and broil a few more minutes until scallop is white,

     about 3 to 5 minutes more. Move the toothpick to attach the bacon

     to the scallop, if it makes turning easier.
